Professional Case Management is seeking RN professionals to provide in-home nursing care in Jackson, SC. You can create your own schedule as a Part-Time or Full-Time RN, enabling you to attend school, travel, or enjoy time with family and friends.

Formación

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• New grads welcome.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions
• Verify medical orders are accurate and administer prescribed medications
• Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers
• Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
