Professional Case Management in Prosperity, SC is seeking RN candidates for part-time and full-time in-home care positions. You will provide one-on-one nursing services in clients' homes, with a focus on improving health and quality of life while maintaining autonomy and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• New grads welcome.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain safe and effective care environment for clients and coworkers.
• Perform duties in compliance with agency policies and community standards.
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
