Professional Case Management is hiring RN staff to provide in-home care in Ridge Spring, SC. This role offers part-time and full-time options, allowing you to make your own schedule and balance school or activities with work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state(s) of practice
• New grads welcome
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions
• Verify medical orders are accurate and administer prescribed medications
• Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers
• Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
