Professional Case Management is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for home health in North Augusta, SC. Part-time and full-time positions available. You can create your own schedule and enjoy weekly pay while providing one-on-one care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain safe and effective care environment for clients and coworkers.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and community standards.
