Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for treating patients of all ages.
• Current, active, unrestricted PT license issued by the state board.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Provide one-on-one treatment and document patient progress.
• Develop and adjust plan of care based on patient response.
• Use Cliniconnects app to manage patient referrals.
