GP Reeves, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation projects from requirements through deployment. You will coordinate internal and external resources, engage hands-on with engineering and manufacturing, and present weekly updates to leadership to keep projects on target.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while working in Holland, MI. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience in the automation industry.
• Hands-on engagement with engineering and manufacturing throughout the project.
• Strong attention to details, deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Documentation management and the ability to use project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Engage in a hands-on approach throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Report project outcomes and risks to leadership and elevate issues as needed.
