DashMart is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate in Tempe, AZ to pick, pack, and hand over orders to Dashers. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and a focus on fresh food quality in a grocery/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Reliability and teamwork are essential for a fast-paced store.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse ops.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on freshness and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders in the DoorDash app and handing them to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and tracking shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist in substitutions to ensure customer delight.
