Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to join our Tampa-area team. You’ll pick up shifts every two weeks, pack and ship orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring fresh, quality product delivery.

You’ll start with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift, then choose shifts based on demand. Reliability, lifting up to 50 lbs in a refrigerated area, and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• You’re detail-oriented and focused on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables, shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are customer-approved.
