DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, hires for Part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associate roles in Harrisburg. You pick up open shifts via scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks (min four hours each).

Onboarding is followed by a 4-hour on-the-job training, then you select shifts based on business needs. Pay includes a $2/hour premium for 10pm–6am and for Flex shifts picked up within 24 hours of need, plus benefits like paid sick time and

• Reliability, positivity and team orientation are essential.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for fresh food quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED required.
