Job summary

Vitality Bowls Rocky River is seeking a friendly team member to greet guests, take orders, ring up purchases, and help prepare bowls with a strong emphasis on service quality.

You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness in the lobby and kitchen, and communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure timely, accurate orders. A positive attitude and basic computer/ POS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling guests.
• Must be able to operate a POS and handle cash/credit cards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized front lobby and kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls and take orders over the phone.
• Keep the front lobby and outside area clean.
• Explain health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat manner.
• Prepare food and follow recipes in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Stock and rotate food; maintain equipment and sanitization standards.
• Communicate with managers about schedule and days off as needed.
• Show up on time and complete opening/closing duties.
