Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a donation center associate to greet donors, unload donations, and maintain accurate counts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate power equipment, sort donations, and help prepare items for transport while upholding safety, cleanliness, and organization. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, is required. This role requires physical stamina, ability to stand long periods, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Maintain daily donation counts and organize backroom.
• Operate power equipment (stacker and power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, forklift) as trained.
• Sort donations into correct categories and prepare them for transport.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the backroom clean and organized.
