Job summary

Goodwill NCW in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to greet donors, unload donations, and maintain accurate counts. You will operate powered equipment and help load/unload trailers, while keeping a clean backroom. Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends is required for this role.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, labeling, and preparing items for transport, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail backroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors unloading donations.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Load/unload trailers safely.
• Operate power equipment (stacker and power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper and forklift).
• Keep backroom clean, organized and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Sort donations into correct categories and prepare for transport.
