American Family Care Cypress is seeking a sales and marketing professional to drive growth of urgent care services. You will target local businesses, physicians, and consumers, aiming to increase daily patient counts and brand recognition across the Cypress area.

You will develop market opportunities, manage relationships with centers and franchises, and represent AFC at community events. The role emphasizes results, strategy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop, implement, and achieve sales and marketing plans.
• Ability to conduct in-person sales appointments and field outreach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Increase total patients per day through targeted outreach.
• Develop market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services locally.
• Identify target markets and opportunities via data and research.
• Represent AFC to local businesses, medical practices, and at events; manage ongoing opportunities.
• Develop and manage departmental budget; collaborate with departments and franchises.
• Attend weekend community events to promote AFC services.
• Other duties as assigned.
