Responsibilities

• Increase the total number of patients per day.
• Develop strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services in the local area.
• Identify target markets and business opportunities through data and experience.
• Represent the company with local businesses, medical practices, presentations, or events; manage opportunities.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget.
• Maintain positive working relationships with departments, center staff, corporate, and franchisees.
• Attend in-person weekend community events.
• Other duties as assigned.
