RHA Health Services is hiring a Community Based Child & Adolescent Therapist to support ages 3-21 with diverse mental health and substance use needs. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and independent work within a team focused on keeping families in the home and out of institutional settings.

The ideal candidate holds appropriate licensure, a Master’s degree, and experience with crisis intervention and person-centered treatment planning, working with interdisciplinary teams and community

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and person-centered treatment planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and family therapy for children and adolescents.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on diagnoses and needs.
• Collaborate with families, parents/guardians, local agencies, and community partners to deliver holistic care.

Educación

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field

Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health and/or substance use disorders

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
