Job summary
RHA Health Services is seeking a Child and Adolescent Community Based Therapist in Tennessee. You will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents and families, coordinating care with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications
- Requires graduate degree in Counseling or related field.
- Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare (LCMHC/LCSW or Associate License).
- Experience with EMR and basic computer programs (MS Office).
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services including assessments and crisis intervention.
- Deliver individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Coordinate care with psychiatry, families, and community supports.
- Connect individuals with required services and referrals for holistic treatment.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
