Job summary

A community health organization in Luzerne County is seeking a Mental Health Worker / Bachelor-Level Therapist to support children and families facing various challenges. The role involves providing therapy and case management in homes and community settings, collaborating with a treatment team, and maintaining clinical documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience. This position offers a $1,000 Stay Bonus and opportunities for supervision toward licensure.

What You’ll Do

• Provide team-based (60%) and individual (40%) therapy and case management to children and families in homes and community settings
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Assist with treatment planning, assessments, and documentation
• Participate in psychiatric evaluations and care coordination
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Follow CASSP principles, HIPAA standards, and mandated reporter requirements

Schedule flexibility required, including daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours to meet client needs.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Theology, Anthropology, or related Human Services field

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a CASSP or children/adolescent behavioral health setting
