Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing behavioral health issues and substance use disorders, including telehealth options.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with families, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to support recovery while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state is required.
• Background check must be passed prior to hire.
• Prior clinical experience in behavioral health/SUD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for behavioral health and SUD clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources for comprehensive care.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Participate in supervision and staff conferences as required.
• Ensure confidentiality in line with HIPAA and agency policies.
