Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate CAREgivers to help seniors live safely at home. You’ll be supported by a dedicated leadership team, gain valuable experience, and advance within the company through development programs.

Base pay ranges from $13.00–$16.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekend differential. Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses, plus referral bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• A valid driver’s license or state ID is required.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor essential.
• Genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors to support daily living and independence.
• Follow care plans and report changes in clients’ conditions to the supervising team.

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives: Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per hire
