Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow/Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will perform brow and facial services, including waxing and tinting, and support events and promotions in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where mandated by state law, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license required where law dictates.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/face waxing; tinting is preferred.
• Strong sales, guest service, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services: waxing, tinting, tweezing, and lash apps.
• Book appointments and support in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand policies in all duties.
