Job summary

Woodbury Corporation operates a Bistro and is seeking a friendly Bistro Server to handle opening/closing duties, take orders, input into Micros, and process payments. You will prepare food, coffee and beverages, including alcohol, and assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include communicating dietary needs to the kitchen, portioning ingredients, and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, set up supplies and tools.
• Take customer orders, input into Micros, process payments, and provide change.
• Prepare food, beverages (including alcohol), and ingredients per recipes and standards.
• Assist with bus, cleaning, and resetting tables in lobby and dining areas.
• Count bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, and secure receipts.
