Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shifts.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products according to brand standards.
• Deliver accurate orders and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Demonstrate accountability and a positive attitude on every shift.
• Support teammates during busy periods and work as a team to meet store goals.
