Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency.
• Engaging with customers to provide an excellent experience.
• Modeling exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Training Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Communicating with the Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promoting safety and adhering to labor laws and company policies.
