Job summary

Belk in Lake City, FL seeks a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience. You will assist with merchandise, make product recommendations, and process transactions to drive sales and maintain store standards.

You will greet customers warmly, apply upselling techniques, and build lasting relationships while supporting store operations. The role is hourly and requires flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and store objectives.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with customers.
• Comfort with technology and devices used to assist customers.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move around store areas and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and asset protection guidelines to minimize risk.
