Job summary

Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, making recommendations, and processing transactions. You will drive sales and maintain merchandise presentation while supporting store operations.

This hourly role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and teamwork to build a friendly store environment that promotes loyalty and satisfaction.
