Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. The RN will plan, coordinate, and deliver care, including discharge planning and patient/family teaching, under Nursing leadership.

Weekend shifts are required; ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU, with ACLS encouraged for other roles. Opportunities for growth and advancement are offered within PAM Health.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS is required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and plan interdisciplinary care, discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
• Assume Charge Nurse duties when assigned (ACLS required for this role).
• Weekend shifts are required.
