Job summary

Special Touch Home Care, Inc. seeks several Registered Nurses for field supervision within our LHCSA. The role conducts initial client evaluations and subsequent reassessments, enabling lasting patient relationships and mentorship to staff.

These fee-for-service positions offer a flexible schedule with emphasis on compassionate, high-quality home care and reliable patient focus across NYC. NYS RN license required, drivers encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NYS RN license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Access to a car; mileage reimbursed.
• Experience with UAS assessment/documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and reassessments of home care clients.
• Oversee internal case management and ensure quality care.
• Mentor and supervise HHAs during visits.
• Maintain one-on-one patient contact and build relationships with families.
