Job summary

Special Touch Home Care in New York, NY is seeking RN Field Supervisors for a fee-for-service role. You will conduct initial evaluations and periodic reassessments, building strong relationships with clients and families while mentoring staff.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient contact, and accountability for internal case management, with competitive compensation per visit and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current and Valid NYS RN License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 Year of nursing experience (home care preferred, not required).
• Access to a car with mileage reimbursement.
• Excellent patient care and assessment skills.
• Experience with UAS assessment/documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and periodic reassessments of home care clients.
• Conduct supervisory visits to observe clinical proficiencies and ensure training.
• Oversee internal case management and care coordination.
• Offer one-on-one patient contact and staff mentoring with a flexible schedule.
