Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center invites applications for a Staff Nurse (RN) in the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Float Pool. You will manage and coordinate nursing care, supervise team members, and engage patients and families in the plan of care.

Minimum qualifications include a 2-year nursing degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Ohio RN license or interim permit is required, with rehab or acute care experience favored.

Qualifications

• 2-year College Degree in Nursing from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license or interim permit; ongoing license maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for patients and family in rehabilitation.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care per professional practice model.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality, safety, and patient-family engagement.
