Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to greet guests, maintain the floor, and ensure products are accurately priced and displayed. You’ll support guest services, stock replenishment, and fitting room operations to create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling cash, operating scanners, and maintaining safety standards while delivering excellent guest service and visual merchandising that reflects the Target brand.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual standards.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory.
• Sort freight and push stock to the sales floor.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides.
• Maintain product availability with priority and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and merchandise replenishment.
• Remerchandise displays to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and help guests.
• Support checkout back-up and drive-up processes when needed.
