Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is hiring a Store Associate to support the retail store's daily operations across donation receiving, processing, merchandising, cashiering, and customer service.

This role is cross-trained to work in multiple areas, helping ensure donations and merchandise move efficiently from the donation door through processing and onto the sales floor, while maintaining safety and a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately.
• Willingness to work in multiple store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and donors with service and product location.
• Process donations, sort merchandise, and prepare items for the floor.
• Price, tag, and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
