Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is looking for a Store Associate to support the operation of our retail store across donation receiving, production, merchandising, cashiering, and customer service. This role is cross-trained to work in multiple areas based on business needs and ensures donations and merchandise move efficiently from donation door to sales floor.

You will provide excellent service to customers and donors, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and work as part of a cooperative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and donors with inquiries.
• Process donations and merchandise for the sales floor.
• Operate the POS and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Cross-train across store departments.
