Job summary

Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate in Frisco, TX to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, and building relationships. This hourly role supports sales goals and store objectives while maintaining presentation and collaborating with store operations.

You will greet customers, offer personalized service, and use suggestive selling to meet needs and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
