This hourly position requires enthusiasm for customer service, adaptability across tasks, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and a drive to meet store objectives.
• Ability to learn product information and communicate it effectively to customers.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with technology, smartphones and Windows-based devices.
• Must regularly move around store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide personalized service and recommend products.
• Assist with merchandise selection and suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Maintain appealing displays, signage, fitting rooms and cleanliness.
• Support store operations with pricing, promotions and product placement.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive store culture.
• Contribute to achieving daily store objectives.
