Job summary

Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience through relationship-building, merchandise guidance, and accurate transactions. You will help drive sales, maintain store presentation, and work with store operations to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows OS.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and move around store areas.

Responsibilities
