Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains product knowledge to boost customer satisfaction.
• Processes freight and assists with price changes or markdowns.
• Balances register in accordance with company policy and rings up transactions accurately.
• Bags merchandise efficiently and handles cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions and assists with returns.
• Maintains store cleanliness and assists with loss prevention as needed.
• Assists management with merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Greet customers, assist with fitting rooms, and invite customers to return.
