Job summary

SFS is growing and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with service windows across major retailers, and project-based pay.

Typical tasks include merchandising, resets, audits, and inventory checks, with optional travel between locations. You will report progress via a mobile device and complete reports the same day.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
