Job summary

SFS is growing its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. Projects range from 12-20 hours per month with flexible service windows, allowing you to set your own schedule while servicing major retailers and brands.

You will perform merchandising tasks, product resets, and stock management, traveling between locations as needed. DailyPay is available, enrollment required, and reporting is done via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
• Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
• Active email address for project communication and reporting
• Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed
