Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to service major retailers. You’ll enjoy flexible project windows, choose assignments, and earn based on projects completed.

This role involves merchandising, resets, audits, stock, and reporting via a mobile device. Projects typically range in hours per month, with some work during the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
