Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, supplemental income with service windows set by clients and opportunities to work with major retailers and brands.

Typical projects range from 12-20 hours per month, including merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance. You’ll travel between locations, report findings via mobile devices, and choose projects that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and implement planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Experience in retail merchandising, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments while communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, displays, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued products and update displays as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and stock merchandise according to planograms.
• Submit project reports and photos on the day work is completed.
