Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide independent contractor network and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to support major retailers and brands. This role offers flexible scheduling, project-based pay, and the ability to work independently with varied assignments such as merchandising, product resets, and inventory audits across multiple locations.

Projects typically require 12–20 hours per month, with some locations needing service during the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
