Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible scheduling, project-based pay, and the opportunity to service major retailers and brands across the United States.

Assignments typically range 12–20 hours per month per project, with some locations requiring work in the first half of each month. Ideal candidates enjoy independent work and delivering high-quality in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and within project windows.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day services are performed.
