Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with project-based pay and opportunities to service major retailers and brands.

Assignments may include merchandising, product resets, and inventory audits. Typical projects range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month. Travel between locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available during weekday daytime hours and travel between locations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects per client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotions.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports with photos on the same day.
