Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands across the United States.

Assignments typically range in hours per month and may include merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance. You’ll work independently with a flexible schedule, reporting via mobile devices and receiving competitive project-based pay.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Independent work style with multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and installations.
• Remove discontinued products and update materials as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device
