Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands, with windows set by clients.

Assignments include merchandising, resets, inventory audits, display maintenance, and reporting via mobile device. Projects are typically 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring early-month service.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or audits.
• Ability to follow planograms and store instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Comfort with reporting via mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
