Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to support our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, supplemental income with project-based pay and opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands.

Assignments range from 12–20 hours per month, with work windows determined by clients. Ideal candidates have merchandising or retail experience, can read planograms, and are comfortable reporting via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
