Job summary

SFS is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated professionals seeking flexible, supplemental income while servicing some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

Assignments typically range from 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Willingness to work flexible weekday daytime hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented
• Travel between retail locations as needed
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day services are performed
