Job summary

SFS is growing its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to service some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands. This role offers flexible, project-based work with windows provided by clients, allowing you to set a schedule that fits your life.

Typical assignments include merchandising, resets, audits, inventory counts, and display maintenance. You’ll report outcomes via mobile device and may travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, audits, resets or customer service.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and client instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Availability to work during retailer service windows, mainly daytime hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day of service.
