Job summary

SFS is growing and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide independent contractor network. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands with windows rather than fixed schedules.

Assignments typically involve merchandising, resets, inventory audits, display maintenance, and stock procedures across multiple locations. You can select projects fitting your availability and earn competitive project-based pay, with DailyPay enrollment

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with mobile devices for reporting.
• Available during weekday daytime hours.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation between locations.
• Active email address for project communication.
• Ability to submit reports and photos same-day.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as required.
• Submit project completion reports with photos on the same day services are performed.
