Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. You will select projects, service windows, and travel between retailer locations to perform merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance.

This role offers flexible, project-based pay with the option to enroll in DailyPay; work largely on daytime hours, independently managing multiple assignments. Prior retail experience and ability to read planograms are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday service windows.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented as required.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day.
